About Me
I grew up in Northern Virginia and earned a B.A. in English before moving to Charlotte to work in the nonprofit field. Through that work, I developed a deep appreciation for listening to people’s stories and helping them navigate complex emotions and experiences. This ultimately led me to pursue professional training in mental health counseling, and I received my M.A. in Counseling at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. I am so grateful to be in the work of counseling, and consider it an honor to walk through difficult seasons with clients and to help them feel seen and known.
In my free time, I’m usually at a coffee shop catching up with my friends or reading a book. I also enjoy yoga, traveling, going to concerts, or spending time with my cat Ivy. And you can almost always find me listening to Taylor Swift - her songs have gotten me through many seasons of life.
